Shannon Williams - President & CEO
Shannon Williams has more than 19 years of experience in the information management field, 16 of those in healthcare information management specifically. Shannon spent many years as an Analyst and Director working in a hospital where he worked on workflow optimization and determining the most efficient use of IT resources. He was an integral part of a four-hospital hospital information system install that included financial and electronic medical record systems that touched every department of the hospitals. He was also COO of a small EMR\PHR startup for two years prior to starting his own company. Shannon has been instrumental in bringing cutting edge technology, such as thin client technology and IP Telephony, to businesses to solve current business needs. He has a proven track record of building high-quality customer-focused teams as well as providing the best systems to solve business needs.
Sales and Marketing
David Olsen - Account Executive (Oklahoma)
David Olsen has 14 years combined experience in direct B2B sales, Marketing and Sales Management. David's previous experience includes 3 years of B2B sales and 3 years Sales Management in Telecommunications with Sprint. David also spent 7 years in B2B sales and Account Management with Office Depot's Business Division. Most recently held a position as Account Executive with IKON Office Solutions. David studied Public Relations and Business Management, and received his BA at the University of Oklahoma.
Vanessa White - Inside Sales Representative
Vanessa White has 6 years of experience in the implementation and training of EMR software. Since joining Rock Solid Solutions, she handles all of the product purchases for clients. She also manages the Marketing for Rock Solid Solutions. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Little Rock with a degree in Public Relations and Advertising.

Mike Ming - Technical Director
Mike Ming has more than 20 years of experience in electronic information systems ranging from healthcare in the enterprise to the small business environment. Mike specializes in designing and implementing networking solutions to match the needs of the customer while focusing on efficiency and cost effectiveness. He has hands-on experience with the installation and support of servers, workstations, and networking hardware and software. Mike also has the education to back up the experience with various degrees in business, information systems, and electronics. He has earned multiple certifications with Microsoft, Cisco, and Citrix and has specialized training in VMWare, Linux, and various business applications. Mike is a self motivated IT professional who believes in getting the job done right the first time.
Kendell Holder - Project Manager
Kendell Holder works directly with our customers to coordinate training, configuration, and implementation of Allscripts MyWay EMR software. He also supports electronic medical record customers both on and off site, leading up to and after successfully going live. Prior to joining Rock Solid Solutions in 2009, Kendell was directly involved with the Business Intelligence Team at Tyson Foods, Inc. He holds a bachelor's degree in Information Systems from the University of Arkansas.
